Yes. All engagements are covered by standard NDA from the first contact. If your organization has its own NDA, I review and sign it before you share sensitive details. Confidentiality is maintained even after the agreement expires.

Compared to local domestic agencies in Ecuador, Colombia, or Peru, yes — they're higher. Compared to US agencies of equivalent quality, they're 2-3x lower. The difference is what you're paying for: experience building production systems for real fintech, not templates; code your team can maintain after; and architecture that scales when your business scales. If your project doesn't need that level of investment, there are excellent agencies across the region that can help you for less.

You do. All code built during the engagement is 100% client property at handoff. No restrictive licenses, no code locked in proprietary infrastructure. You receive the complete repository and full control.

We talk before implementing. If the change is minor, I absorb it within the original scope. If it's significant, we adjust the proposal — price and timeline — before continuing. You'll never get a surprise invoice at the end.

I'm in Ecuador (UTC-5), aligned with the US East Coast. If you work from Mexico, Colombia, Central America, US East, or South America, there's full schedule overlap. For Europe, there's partial overlap in the mornings.

Direct work, no middlemen. You work with me from the first message to final handoff. No offshore team, no junior developers doing the work. This is deliberate — it's why engagements are scalable and high-quality, not why they're cheap.

Three options: (1) full handoff and your team takes it from there; (2) monthly technical retainer for maintenance and ongoing improvements; (3) new engagement when you need major new features. Most clients opt for retainer during the first 3-6 months post-launch.

I charge in US dollars (USD) to avoid currency volatility. Most payments are processed via international bank transfer or Stripe. For LATAM clients, I also accept wire transfers and other methods on a case-by-case basis.

30 minutes, no sales pressure. You tell me what you're building or trying to solve, I ask technical questions to understand the real scope, and at the end you'll have clarity on whether I'm the right person and what the next step would be. If we don't fit, I recommend someone who does.
